An app that lets you review real people

We judge and rate people personally and among a closed group. Now one can rate other people publicly, thanks to a new app. Called Peeple, it will allow you to rate every single person, even if they don't know you're reviewing them.

All you need to do is enter their mobile number into the app and it will allow you to start slagging them off or bigging them up. They will only be able to remove negative reviews once they have signed up to the super-social network themselves. "People do so much research when they buy a car or make those kinds of decisions," Julia Cordray, the app's co-founder told Washington Post.

"Why not do the same kind of research on other aspects of your life?" Peeple will be released in November and allow you to rate people according to their professional, personal and romantic lives — raising the prospect that it will become a dossier of the entire human species' career failures, as well as their carnal ones.
